2022-2023 7-hour National USPAP Update Course
This is the 7-Hour National Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) Update Course, as developed by The Appraisal Foundation (Foundation). The course focuses on how to use the USPAP publication to help solve appraisal issues that affect daily appraisal practice.
Green Building Concepts for Appraisers
This course will give you an understanding of green residential construction methods as they apply to appraisal assignments. The course focuses on the most relevant principles, methods and products, providing a foundation for your knowledge of green construction and valuation.
Residential Property Measurement and ANSI Z765
This course will cover best practices for measuring residential dwellings and will focus primarily on the ANSI Z765-2021 Standard, which is the only nationwide standard for measuring properties that has been adopted by state appraisal regulatory agencies. The course will also address guidelines and requirements for measuring GLA and GBA established by other entities, such as HUD/FHA.
Fair Housing, Bias and Discrimination
During the last few years there has been a lot of talk about bias and discrimination within the appraisal profession. In this course, we will discuss issues related to fair housing, fair lending, bias, and discrimination, and will show appraisers how to protect themselves against accusations of violations.
Divorce and Estate Appraisals: Elements of Non-Lender Work
